These Bonus Terms & Conditions (“Bonus Terms”) are an integral part of the Casinolab General Terms and Conditions and govern all promotional offers, bonuses, and rewards (collectively, “Promotions”) provided by Casinolab. By participating in any Promotion, you expressly agree to these Bonus Terms in full.

1. General Promotion Principles

1.1. Promotional Period: Each Promotion is available for a specified period as detailed on its promotional page. Casinolab reserves the right to modify or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
1.2. Eligibility: Promotions are available to registered players aged 18+ unless stated otherwise. They are limited to one per person, family, household, IP address, or device.
1.3. Opt-In: Unless explicitly stated as “automatic,” most bonuses require you to actively opt-in during the deposit process or by clicking a designated claim button.
1.4. Bonus Abuse: We have a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. We define “Bonus Abuse” as, but not limited to:
* Creating multiple accounts to claim offers.
* Using strategies, bets, or game selections designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
* Betting the maximum allowed bet on low-risk games (e.g., certain Roulette or Blackjack strategies) while using bonus funds.
* Cashing out a deposit to immediately re-deposit for a new bonus.
* Any activity we deem, at our sole discretion, to be manipulative, fraudulent, or contrary to the intended recreational nature of the offer.
Consequences of Abuse: Any player suspected of bonus abuse may have their bonus(es) and associated winnings voided, their account permanently closed, and all funds confiscated.

2. Welcome Bonus Package

2.1. The Offer: New players are eligible for a Welcome Package on their first three (3) deposits.
* First Deposit: 100% bonus up to €300 + 100 Free Spins on a selected slot.
* Second Deposit: 75% bonus up to €200.
* Third Deposit: 50% bonus up to €100.
2.2. Claiming the Offer: You must enter the relevant bonus code (e.g., WELCOME1, WELCOME2, WELCOME3) in the designated field during each deposit. The minimum deposit to trigger each bonus is €20.
2.3. Free Spins: The 100 Free Spins from the first deposit will be credited within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit. Free Spins are valid for 7 days on the specified slot game only. Winnings from Free Spins are credited as bonus money and are subject to a 40x wagering requirement.

3. Standard Bonus Rules

These rules apply to most deposit-match bonuses and free spin offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion.

3.1. Wagering Requirements (WR):
* Calculation: The wagering requirement is 35x (thirty-five times) the sum of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount.
* Example: A €50 deposit with a 100% bonus (€50) creates a €100 bonus balance. The WR = 35 x (€50+€50) = €3,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.
* Only bets placed with bonus funds contribute to the WR. Real cash funds are used first when betting.

3.2. Game Weighting & Contribution:
Different game categories contribute different percentages to the WR:
* Slots (100% Contribution): All slot games (exceptions listed below).
* Table Games & Live Casino (5% Contribution): All versions of Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker, and other table/live dealer games.
* Excluded Games (0% Contribution): The following games do NOT contribute to wagering requirements at all: All forms of video poker, certain branded slots (list available on request), and any game played in “demo/fun” mode. Betting on excluded games while a bonus is active may lead to the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

3.3. Maximum Bet Limit:
While playing with an active bonus balance, you must not place bets exceeding €5 per spin or €0.50 per bet line. This includes any bet during a live game round. Exceeding this limit may result in the confiscation of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

3.4. Bonus Validity Period:
All bonuses, including any winnings derived from them, are valid for 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of credit to your account. Any unused bonus funds and winnings after this period will be forfeited.

3.5. Withdrawal Restrictions:
* You cannot request a withdrawal while you have an active bonus in your account unless you first forfeit the bonus via your account settings.
* The maximum amount you can withdraw from winnings generated from a no-deposit free spin or cash bonus is limited to €100.

4. Free Spins & No-Deposit Bonuses

4.1. Free Spins or bonuses awarded without a deposit (“No-Deposit Bonuses”) are typically credited upon successful account registration or as part of a promotion.
4.2. Winnings from such offers are credited as bonus money and are subject to a 40x wagering requirement.
4.3. The maximum bet rule of €5 per spin applies.
4.4. The maximum withdrawal from winnings derived from a no-deposit offer is €100.

5. Reload Bonuses & Weekly Offers

5.1. Reload bonuses are offered periodically to existing players (e.g., “Monday Reload 50%”).
5.2. They are subject to the Standard Bonus Rules (Section 3), unless a specific promotion page states different terms.
5.3. A reload bonus may be combined with other ongoing promotions only if explicitly stated.

6. Cashback Offers

6.1. Cashback offers (e.g., “10% Weekly Cashback”) refund a percentage of your net losses over a defined period.
6.2. Net Loss is calculated as: (Total Amount Wagered) – (Total Winnings) for the promotional period.
6.3. Cashback is usually credited as real money with no wagering requirements, unless specified otherwise. It may be credited as a bonus with WR, in which case this will be clearly stated.
6.4. The cashback percentage and maximum cap are defined in the specific offer.

7. Tournament & Leaderboard Promotions

7.1. Participation in tournaments is automatic upon playing the qualifying game(s) during the specified period, unless an entry fee or code is required.
7.2. Prizes (cash, free spins, bonuses) will be credited within 48 hours of the tournament’s conclusion.
7.3. Prizes credited as bonus money are subject to the Standard Bonus Rules, unless stated otherwise in the tournament rules.
7.4. Casinolab reserves the right to disqualify any player suspected of fraud, collusion, or automated play from tournaments.

8. Bonus Forfeiture & Account Restrictions

You will automatically forfeit any active bonus and any winnings generated from it if:

  • You request a withdrawal before meeting the WR.
  • You close your account.
  • Your account is suspended or terminated for breach of Terms.
  • The bonus expires.
  • We detect any activity constituting Bonus Abuse.

9. Player Responsibility

It is your responsibility to:

  • Read and understand these Bonus Terms and the specific terms of each promotion before participating.
  • Check your bonus balance, WR progress, and expiry dates in your account section.
  • Understand game contribution percentages.
  • Adhere to the maximum bet limits.

10. Final Authority & Changes

Casinolab’s decisions regarding the interpretation of these Bonus Terms, eligibility, and prize allocation are final and binding. We reserve the right to amend these Bonus Terms at any time. Continued participation in promotions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
