5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.2. General Bonus Rules Applicable to All Promotions:
* Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements of 35x (thirty-five times) the sum of the bonus amount plus the deposit amount. For example, a €100 deposit with a 100% bonus (€100) would require €7,000 in total wager before withdrawal.
* Different game types contribute different percentages to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games (like blackjack, roulette) and live casino games may contribute 5-10%. Bets placed on excluded games (as listed in the specific promotion) will not count and may void the bonus.

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Subject to these Terms and our regulatory obligations, you may withdraw your real money balance (if any), provided it is not derived from bonus abuse or linked to a pending investigation.
13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao for the resolution of any legal disputes. However, nothing in this clause shall prevent you from seeking relief in a jurisdiction that mandates consumer protection laws applicable to you.

15.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
